Pink & LIlac Gradient Nails With Stamping

Hi There

Today I have done gradient nails using my new Cheeky Jumbo Plates.I got the complete set of 10 from Amazon and I find them to be really good quality.  I hope you like this design as much as I do.

Let's get started

Here are the materials that I used

From left to right OPI Nail Envy Base Coat, Sinful Colors Snow Me White, OPI Kiss Me I'm Brazilian, China Glaze Lotus Begin, Sinful Colors Black On Black, OPI Rapidry Topcoat, Pink nail glitter and Cheeky Jumbo Plate 8 Princess Charming

I started with my base coat OPI Nail Envy Strengthener and then when this was dry I painted my nails with my base colour Sinful Colors Snow Me White. It is a bit streaky this is because I only used 1coat.

Next I took a cosmetic sponge which I had cut into tiny pieces I took OPI Kiss Me I'm Brazilian and China Glaze Lotus Begin and created a gradient on all of my nails

I then added pink nail glitter to the tips of all my nails and finished with a topcoat to even out the gradient and protect it if I needed to remove the stamping for any reason (i.e messed up)

Next I had a dilemma I couldn't decide what image to stamp over my gradient. There were 2 images I really liked to go with this gradient one was on Cheeky Jumbo Plate 10 Happy Nails and one was on Cheeky Jumbo Plate 8 Princess Charming. To help me solve this problem I asked my partner which one he preferred and he picked the image on Cheeky Jumbo Plate 8 Princess Charming. I used Sinful Colors Black On Black to stamp

This is the finished design

I really like this design although it is brighter than what I normally do on my nails

Jack Daniels & Coke Stamping

Hi There

I have just received my new nail plate from My Online Shop and had to use it for this manicure. I got the inspiration from my wonderful dad who likes a tipple of Jack Daniels and coke now and again.

Let's get started.

The materials I used are

Sinful Colors Black On Black, Kleancolor Red, Sinful Colors Snow Me White and My Online Shop plate XIV.

I started by painting my nails with my base coat OPI's Nail Envy Strengthener. I then painted my ring fingers with 2 coats of Kleancolor nail varnish in Red

I painted all my other nails black using Sinful Colors Black On Black

Next I took my XIV plate and my Sinful Colors Snow Me White Polish and stamped the Coca Cola image on my ring fingers and the Jack Daniels image on my middle fingers.

This is the finished design

I really like this design and as I said before I have done this design for my dad

What do you think

Neon Gradient with Black Stamping

Hi There

I wanted to do something with neon's but find them too bright on their own (for my taste), so I decided to tone them down with black polish

Here are the materials I used

From left to right Kleancolor Neon Pink, Kleancolor Funky Yellow, Sinful Colors Black On Black, Kleancolor Neon Orange, Mo You Salon Pro Plate V and a make up sponge for the gradient.

I painted my nails with my base coat, and then took my make up sponge and my 3 Kleancolor polishes Neon Pink, Neon Orange and Funky Yellow and created a gradient on my nails

I then took my Sinful Colors Black On Black polish and my Mo You Salon Pro V Plate and stamped this image onto all of my nails

This is the finished design

I'm not sure whether I like this design or not

What do you think

Paisley Nail Stamping

Hi There

I was looking through my nail plates and this one caught my eye

These are the materials I used

So from left to right Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Brisk Blue, Kleancolor Metallic Aqua, Nails Inc London Blenheim Terrace, Revlon Parfumerie Collection in Moonlit Woods and Bundle Monster Plate BM315

I painted all my nails with 1 coat of my base coat Sally Hansen Advanced Hard As Nails followed by 2 coats of my base colour Revlon Parfumerie Collection in Moonlit Woods

Next I took image Plate BM315 and my polishes Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Brisk Blue, Kleancolour Metallic Aqua and Nails Inc London in Blenheim Terrace. I placed 1 line of each colour across the paisley pattern and scraped a couple of times so that the colours mixed slightly where they met and the stamped this on all my nails. This is the finished design

I don't know if you can see it but there is a slight gradient in the colours on the paisley print

What do you think

Yorkshire Grand Depart (Tour De France)

Hi There

I should have posted this yesterday but didn't have time. My partner has been nagging me to do this mani as he loves biking and we are both from Yorkshire. As he doesn't usually take an interest in my nails I couldn't say no.

Let's get started

Here are the materials that I used

From left to right OPI Nail Envy Strengthener, Sinful Colors Let's Meet, Mundo De Unas Yellow (number 11), Sinful Colors Black On Black, Sinful Colors Snow Me White, OPI RapiDry Quick Drying Topcoat, Cisi & Sisi stamping plate 07 and home made Tour De France nail decals.

I started by painting all my nails with my Base Coat OPI Nail Envy Strengthener and then painted my thumb and ring finger with Sinful Colors Snow Me White, I painted my index and little fingers with Sinful Colors Black On Black and I painted my middle finger with Sinful Colors Let's Meet. I used 2 coats of each colour.

I then took nail plate Cici & Sisi 07 and stamped the bike image onto my index finger and little finger using Mundo De Unas Stamping polish in yellow (number11). I also stamped my middle finger using the same image with Sinful Colors Black On Black

Next I took my homemade decals (for information on how I made these please see my previous post named home made water decals which has instructions) and placed them on my ring finger and thumb

Here is the finished design

I have also added a picture of my thumb as you can't see it very well on the image above

 What do you think

Multi Coloured Nails Using Pueen Encore Plate SE02B

Hi There

Today I have been playing with my new Pueen Encore plates again and since my new OPI Sheer Tints have arrived I decided to use these aswell.

So let's get started here are the materials I used

As always from left to right OPI Nail Envy Strengthener base coat, OPI Sheer Tints Be Magentale With Me, OPI Sheer Tints I'm Never Amberrassed, OPI Sheer Tints I Can Teal You Like Me, OPI Sheer Tints Don't Violet Me Down, Sinful Colors Black On Black, Sinful Colors Snow Me White, OPI Rapiddry Topcoat, Rimmel London Matte Finish Topcoat and Pueen Encore Plate SE02B

I know it's a very long list but the design looks good in the end.

I started off with my base coat OPI Nail Envy Strengthener followed by 2 coats of Sinful Colors Snow Me White

I then took my OPI Sheer Tints and I painted stripes all the way up to the tip I started with I'm Never Amberrassed at the base of the nail followed by Be Magentale With Me then Don't Violet Me Down and right at the very tip I Can Teal You Like Me. I did 2 coats of each colour and it ended up looking like this

I took Pueen Plate SE02B

And used the image of the roses on the left hand side

I stamped this on all my nails over the stripes using Sinful Colors Black On Black and then added a layer of OPI Rapiddry topcoat. I then added a layer of Rimmel London Matte topcoat (I have had this ages and never seem to use it although I do like matte designs so I thought I might as well use it on this design and see what happens). I put OPI Rapiddry topcoat on first as I have added the Rimmel London Matte topcoat straight onto the design before and it totally smudged the design and ruined my mani.

This is the finished design

Unfortunately you can't really tell that the pattern is a rose as the image is too large but I still like the effect

What do you think
