Nail Decal Stamping

Hi There

Today I have used my nail plate and stamper to create a decal.

Here are the materials I have used

From left to right Ruby Wing colour changing polish in Dolled Up, Kiko Nail Lacquer in Black, China Glaze Tranzitions polish in Duplicity, Modify Me and Split-Perso-Nail-Ity, OPI Polish in Flamingo Tini Pink and You're Such A Budapest, Big SDP-B2 nail plate and a dotting tool.

I started by painting all my nails with my base coat OPI's Nail Envy Strengthener, and then painted my index finger and little finger in OPI's Flamingo Tini Pink and my thumb, middle and ring fingers in OPI's You're Such A Budapest

I the added 1 coat of Ruby Wing's colour changing polish in Dolled Up to my index and little fingers.
Next I prepared my decals I took my Big SDP-B2 plate and 3 stampers (so I could do all my stamping together) I stamped this pattern onto my stamper using Kiko Nail Lacquer in Black

I didn't want all of the design on my nail as I wanted to be able to see the beautiful bluey lilac colour of the OPI You're Such A Budapest underneath so I used a dotting tool to remove the part of the image that I didn't want and it ended up like this

Next I coloured in the image using China Glaze Tranzitions polishes in Spilt Perso-Nail-Ity, Modify Me and Duplicity using the smallest dotting tool I had the finished image looked like this
Don't worry if it looks a bit messy, just remember that this is the back of your decal. Alot of people use a topcoat to stick their decal to their nail. I have never done this because every time I did I smudged the image or the polish underneath and had to do the whole thing again. All I do is put pressure onto the stamper and roll slowly to make sure that the image has adhered to the nail. Also if you place the decal wrong you can just peel it off rather than removing all the hard work you have already done. So now I placed the decal onto my thumb, middle and ring fingers.
The above image shows the decal on my nails before clean up. If you didn't like there you had placed the decal you can remove it just by peeling it off and it won't mess up the polish below.

I then cleaned up the excess and this is the finished design

Water Marble And Stamping

Hi There

Today's manicure was inspired by my sister who is doing a water marble on her nails for the bank holiday. I haven't done a water marble manicure in a while so I thought I would do one too

Let's get started

Here are the materials I used

From left to right Sinful Colors Black On Black, Sinful Colors Snow Me White, Sinful Colors Social Ladder, OPI I Just Can't Cope-Acabana, OPI Kiss Me I'm Brazilian, OPI Where Did Suzi's Man-Go and stamping plate Mo You London Pro Collection 09

I started with my base coat OPI's Nail Envy Strengthener. Followed by 2 coats of Sinful Colors Snow Me White.

Then took a plastic cup filled with water and a needle and using OPI's I Just Can't Cope-Acabana, Kiss Me I'm Brazilian and Where Did Suzi's Man-Go I created a bulls eye of these colours in the cup. I then created a stripy design using my needle and a backwards and forwards motion until I had created the pattern I wanted. I put the water marble design on both my thumb and ring finger.

I then took my Pro Collection 09 Mo You London Stamping Plate and stamped the image of the flowers over the water marble. I then took Sinful Colors Social Ladder polish and painted this over the remaining nails to make the white a shimmery pink colour.

Finally I added a matte topcoat on my water marbled nails to finish for this I used OPI's Matte Topcoat.

This is the finished design

Unfortunately you can't see how shimmery the other nails are in the above image, but trust me they are shimmery

Abstract Flower Multi Coloured Stamping

Hi There

I am really happy but sad at the same time. My first order from Dashica came today,  but before I could do my mani one of my nails broke so I have had to file them all down. At least they will grow again. Anyway on with the mani

Here are the materials I used

From left to right Mundo De Unas Stamping Polish in Purple (21) and Blue (4), Ruby Wing Colour Changing Polish in In Your Dreams and Dashica Plate Dash 44.

I painted all my nails with my base coat OPI's Nail Envy Nail Strengthener, followed by 2 coats of Ruby Wing's In Your Dreams

I then took my Dashica Dash 44 Plate and stamped the flower image onto all of my nails using Mundo De Unas polishes in purple (21) and Blue (4)

This is the finished design

I really like this design it's a shame my nails broke as I bet it would look even better on longer nails. Maybe I should do this design again when my nails have grown back.

What do you think

Please leave any questions that you have about this or other mani's I have done in the comments box and I will answer all questions. Do you like this mani please also leave comments below, and if you have any ideas of mani's you would like to see me do in future please also put this in the comments

Holographic Flowers Using Pueen Plate SE04B

Hi There

Today I took inspiration from all the lovely summer flowers that are open at this time of year, this is the design I came up with

Here are the material that I used

From left to right my soft squishy stamper from My Online Shop, China Glaze Holographic Collection When Stars Collide, China Glaze Holographic Collection OMG A UFO, China Glaze Holographic Collection Luna-Tic, China Glaze Holographic Collection Take A Trek, Sinful Colors Black On Black, OPI bubble Bath, a dotting tool and Pueen Encore Plate SE04B

I started by painting all my nails with my base coat OPI's Nail Envy Strengthener followed by 1 coat of my base colour OPI Bubble Bath a really sheer pink

I then took my Pueen Encore plate SE04B and my Sinful Colors Black on Black polish and stamped the image of the three flowers that are together onto my stamper. I then used my China Glaze Holographic polishes in When Stars Collide, OMG A UFO and Take A Trek and coloured in the flowers using a dotting tool, I then used Don't Be A Luna-Tic to colour in the centre of the flowers.

Next I removed the black bits that I didn't want on my nail and then rolled the image onto my nail.

I then used my Sinful Colors Black On Black to stamp the image of the single flower on the plate for each of my nails excluding my little finger, using Take A Trek, OMG A UFO, When Stars Collide. I used Don't Be A Luna-tic for the centre of the flowers. For my little finger I stamped the very small flower as my little fingers are very small I coloured this in using When Stars Collide and Don't Be A Luna-tic for the centre

This is the finished design
